Filter Cloth Selection and Manufacturing
The selection of filter cloth is crucial, playing a key role in the filtration process. The quality of the filter cloth directly affects the filtration effect. To achieve ideal filtration results and speed, the selection must be based on the particle size, density, viscosity, chemical composition of the material, and filtration process conditions. Our company offers non-woven, polyester, polypropylene, nylon, vinylon, and other types of filter cloth. Polyester filter cloth has excellent acid resistance; polypropylene filter cloth has high strength, good elasticity, and is resistant to acids and alkalis; nylon and vinylon filter cloths have good alkali resistance; and cotton filter cloth can withstand high temperatures. Users should choose according to their actual filtration requirements. When cutting the filter cloth, the pore spacing and diameter must be accurate. The pore diameter should not be too small, otherwise it will clog the feed hole; the nylon cords on the filter cloth should be evenly arranged; and the filter cloth should be cut with a special tool, such as a soldering iron, to prevent the threads from coming undone.
