After the introduction, I believe that everyone has a certain understanding of the filter press. Today, we will discuss the packaging of the filter press.

Packaging is to avoid the machine from being scratched or colliding during transportation to prevent damage to the machine. The commonly used packaging is PE foam packaging, wooden case packaging (plywood material), carton packaging, woven bag packaging, and tray with belt packaging.

1. For domestic transportation:
For domestic transportation, it takes a short time, and we mainly use the PE foam and carton packaging. PE foam is used for moisture protection and anti-friction, the spare parts was packed by the carton. If the customer requires a wooden case, we could customize it for them.

2. For the transportation of foreign orders:
For smaller machines, such as 320, 450, 630 types, if the length is within 3 meters, we recommend the wooden case with the steel belt to package the machine and spare parts to avoid damage.

For the models of the 870-1250 type, we recommend mixing packages, that is, the machine with plate was packed by the PE foam, and the spare parts were packed by the wooden case.

For the 1500 and 2000 machines, we will put the filter plate on the tray made of carbon steel, then use the steel belt to fix it. The rack of the machine was packed with PE foam to prevent moisture, and the spare parts were packed in a wooden case. For the filter cloth, we pack it in woven bags to reduce creasing during transportation.
