There is a gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring, so as to avoid blocking, to realize the self-washing function, and thus greatly decrease the consumption of washing water.
1. The screw distance is decreasing from the inlet (bottom side)to the outlet (top side). At the same time, the diameter of the screw is becoming bigger from the inlet to the outlet.
2. On the main shaft, in the cake discharging tank, there is a baffle, and there is a gap between the baffle wth the dewatering roller, so that there will be some pressure on the sludge. Thus, it can use High-Efficient Sludge Squeezing Technology to decrease the final cake moisture greatly. We adopt three special structures to perfectly squeeze out the water and realize the best filtering performance.
3. Screw Induration Technology: the surface of the screw leaf is processed by the induration materials, and this ensures the hardness can be 1000 HV, and the adhesive force is bigger than 70 MPa, so it isn't easy to cause defloration, and it can have long-lasting effects. For our filter, the nominal parts are cut by a cutting machine, and a laser cuts the key parts to ensure precision.
